Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ameriselectusa.com (the "site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Use of Site
The site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation, or to interfere with anyone else's use of the site. Unauthorized access, scraping, or automated use is prohibited.

Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) by default and are subject to change without notice. Customers browsing in Hebrew see prices converted to Israeli Shekels (ILS) at the current market rate; orders placed in Hebrew mode are charged in ILS at checkout — the amount shown is the amount billed. Customers browsing in English are charged in USD. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, ineligibility, or pricing/inventory errors.
Product Descriptions & Availability
We make every effort to display products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current. Colors may appear slightly different on different screens. Availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out at any time.
Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. You will be charged the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Shipping
US orders ship via standard ($9.99) or express ($25) delivery. International shipping is available via DHL Express; fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers once the package has left our facility. All import duties and customs fees are 100% covered — there is nothing extra for the customer to pay on delivery.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not currently offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was shipped, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right.

All original content on this site — including the Ameriselect USA name, logo, original photography, text, and site design — is the property of Ameriselect USA and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission. All third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks shown (including but not limited to Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, and Cole Haan) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify authentic merchandise offered for sale. Ameriselect USA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these brands.

The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ameriselect USA and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
